Read this before enter to wireless network industry

Numerous industries happen to be implementing business wi-fi automation options for specific demands. To assist plants get ready for the future, the list below presents considerations and questions to ask in preparing for how this emerging technology can enable robust business results.

Performance and Apps – Think about the number of various functions are more efficient with wireless technology. It is important to first scope out your current and future wireless needs, and make a strategic decision on the selection of your industrial wireless network based on these needs.

Multi speed support – Have you got specifications for details to achieve the control room quickly for some applications and less quickly for others? Can you afford to have your alarms transmitted back at the same rate as monitoring information?

Stability – Can your functions make it through with no info conveyed wirelessly? Most can today, but as you look forward and really embrace wireless, your future applications will require a more reliable network. Also, most wireless solutions are using the unlicensed Instrument, Scientific and Medical (ISM) frequency bands which provide limited bandwidth for your plant.

Protection - Wireless home security system is important to defend against malicious intent and to protect your intellectual property, your bottom line and your people.

Scalability – Preparing for long term development and considering what happens when your wireless demands are for several thousand devices must be a consideration in selecting your industrial wireless network.

Implementation of Wi-Fi technology

Current network technology has grown rapidly. Various technologies have been developed to assist humans in communicating. If we remember the era of 80-year, computer networking technologies rely on cable based network technologies, but currently the technology started many left because of some limitations, such as the costs which must be issued by the company when using this technology (wired network), besides that this technology is also not flexible because it is very dependent on the cable. You can imagine how many millions of feet of cable will be used to transmit data from one island to another island. It is a waste of time and inefficient.

Currently, if we consider as companies begin implementing wireless technology (wireless) or commonly called the Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi). This we can see there are many companies now that offer hotspot areas (areas that have Wi-Fi based Internet network) which can be accessed by everyone whether for free or by way of registration to the service provider.
